Einstein is intuitive and used to using. It is very easy to install. For the Users it is a question of a few clicks to make it work. For existing SalesForce CRM users it is very fast and easy to extend. I m using the Sales platform that helps us evaluate the business opportunities from CRM based on all customer interactions through the various communication channels (Teams meetings, Outlook mails etc)
